Refund policy
30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return: Contact us at "home@tradya.eu" with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
EU Consumer Rights: As an EU-based store, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires.
